Lowering the Top menu strip

0
Is it possible to lower the background strip that corresponds to the top menu setted in nav position?
I'm only able to remove it in the css file, but i need to lower it because my logo is higher than standard measures of the template, so all the page is lowered a little bit except the background's strip.
Thanks.

    Hi Rukawa,

    You could lower it by adding a vertical position to the CSS file, (its located on the div with id wrapper in the template css file) e.g. :
    #wrapper {
      background: transparent url(../images/header_bg.png) repeat-x 0px 50px;
      padding-top: 10px;
    }

    The code above shifts the image down by 50px. However, this is one single image that includes the shadow at the top of the page and the strip that lines up with the navigation. A better approach to this would be to remove the shadow at the top using photoshop/image editor and then apply the above css.

    Hope that helps!
